Do you offer free estimates?

Straightforward visual estimates — things like brake wear, tire condition, obvious leaks, or a broken component you can point to — are complimentary. We'll put together a written quote, walk you through it, and let you decide without pressure.

Diagnostic work is a different animal. When your vehicle needs scan-tool analysis, live data review, or extended troubleshooting to isolate a fault (a check engine light with no obvious cause, an intermittent misfire, a network communication issue), we charge a flat diagnostic fee for that time. That fee is applied toward the repair if you authorize the work with us.

Charging for diagnostics is how we protect the integrity of the diagnosis — a shop that gives away scan time has an incentive to guess and throw parts at your vehicle. We'd rather charge a fair fee once and get it right the first time.
