Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
Short answer:Appointments at Labor Only Auto Repair are preferred so we can reserve technician time and order parts, but we accept walk-ins whenever our schedule allows.
Appointments let us reserve dedicated technician time, pre-order the right parts, and get you back on the road faster. For anything more involved than an oil change or inspection, booking ahead is the difference between a same-day turnaround and a next-day pickup.
That said, we know car problems don't wait — walk-ins are always welcome and we do our best to squeeze them in. Quick services like state inspections, oil and filter changes, tire repairs, and check-engine-light scans can often be handled while you wait if you catch us on a slower morning.
The best move is a quick phone call before you drive over. Even 30-60 minutes of notice usually gets you into a bay sooner, and it gives us time to pull a diagnostic bay or lift free for you.
