How will you communicate with me during a repair?

Every repair starts with a written estimate reviewed with you in person, by phone, or by text. We won't touch a wrench until you've approved the scope in writing, and we don't add line items after the fact without your explicit approval.

During the job, we use a digital vehicle inspection tool that lets us send you photos and short notes of exactly what we're seeing — worn brake pads, a leaking gasket, contaminated fluid — right to your phone. That way you're making decisions based on what's actually on your vehicle, not a technician's description.

If we discover something unexpected during the repair, work stops until we've called you, explained what changed, and gotten your approval to proceed. No surprise charges at pickup — full stop.
