AC Service & Repair
Auto A/C diagnostics, recharge, and full system repair for Central Texas summers.
Overheating is one of the fastest ways to destroy an engine. Whether it's a leaking radiator, a stuck thermostat, or a failing water pump, we pressure-test the entire cooling system and repair it right so your engine stays at the perfect temperature.

Every repair we perform is backed by our own 36-month / 36,000-mile Labor Only Auto Repair warranty on parts and labor. That means long-term peace of mind on the work itself — if anything related to the repair fails within that period, we'll make it right.
Pressure test the system and inspect for leaks, cracks, and blockages.
Identify whether it's the radiator, pump, thermostat, head gasket, or fan.
Replace the failed component and flush the system.
Confirm operating temperature, no leaks, and proper heater function.
Overheating almost always traces back to one of a few causes: low coolant from a leak, a thermostat stuck closed, a worn water pump that's no longer circulating fluid, a clogged or restricted radiator, or a failed electric cooling fan. We start with a pressure test of the cooling system, an infrared scan of radiator temperature, and a verification of fan operation, which narrows the cause within the first thirty minutes. Continuing to drive an overheating engine risks warping the cylinder head and blowing the head gasket, so it's worth stopping and getting it diagnosed promptly.
Schedule a drop-offA typical radiator replacement on a car or small SUV runs $400–$900 with parts, labor, and a fresh coolant fill included. Larger trucks, vehicles with integrated transmission coolers, and European cars with plastic-tank assemblies can run higher because of part cost and the labor to remove front-end components. We always quote the job in writing after inspection so you can see exactly what's included before authorizing work.
Schedule a drop-offMost manufacturers call for coolant replacement every 30,000–50,000 miles, though some long-life formulations stretch to 100,000 miles on the first interval. Rather than guess from mileage alone, we test the coolant's pH balance and freeze/boil protection with a refractometer, which tells us whether the corrosion inhibitors are still active. Spent coolant becomes mildly acidic and eats away at aluminum heater cores, water pumps, and radiators — repairs that cost far more than periodic fluid service.
