Do you work with extended warranty companies?

We work with most major extended warranty and vehicle service contract providers, including Endurance, CarShield, Protect My Car, Olive, CARCHEX, and manufacturer-backed plans. We're familiar with the paperwork, adjuster processes, and required documentation for each.

Here's how it works on your end: you bring the vehicle in and let us know you have a warranty. We open the claim with the administrator, perform any required teardown or inspection they request (some contracts require this before authorizing), and submit the diagnostic documentation and photos.

You typically only need to approve the deductible and any items your contract doesn't cover (fluids, taxes, betterment, etc.). We handle the back-and-forth with the administrator so you don't spend your afternoon on hold. If a claim is denied, we'll explain exactly why and what your options are.
