Auto repair near Downtown Seguin.
Downtown Seguin is centered on a classic Texas courthouse square, home to the historic Guadalupe County Courthouse and 'the World's Largest Pecan' sculpture on the courthouse lawn.

What makes it special
Seguin was founded in 1838 by a company of Texas Rangers and named for Juan Seguín, a hero of the Texas Revolution. Downtown grew up around the Guadalupe County Courthouse — the current one, an imposing Beaux-Arts brick and limestone building, was completed in 1936 and dominates the square today.
The square's most famous feature is the giant concrete pecan sculpture out front. When it was unveiled in 1962, it was billed as the World's Largest Pecan — a nod to the region's pecan-growing legacy — and even after other towns tried to claim the title, Seguin's remains an iconic Texas roadside stop.
The surrounding blocks are a mix of restored brick storefronts, family restaurants, breweries, and live-music venues, with events like the annual Pecan Fest keeping the square busy.
