ShadowGlen is a large master-planned golf-course community in Manor, built around the ShadowGlen Golf Club — an 18-hole championship course just minutes from Toll 130.
What makes it special
ShadowGlen is one of the original master-planned communities to anchor Manor's growth east of Austin. The development is built around the ShadowGlen Golf Club, an 18-hole championship course designed by Jeff Brauer and opened in 2001. The course routing weaves between the housing pods, and many homes back directly onto fairways.
Beyond the golf course, the community is known for its 27-acre amenity center — anchored by a resort-style pool with a lazy river and waterslide — plus parks, sport courts, splash pad, fitness center, and miles of internal trails.
Zoned to Manor ISD, ShadowGlen has been a popular landing spot for families relocating from north and east Austin for more house and yard at a more reasonable price.
