Short answer:Yes — at Labor Only Auto Repair we service Ford Power Stroke, GM/Chevrolet Duramax, and RAM Cummins light-duty diesels with the correct scan tools, lifts, and oil equipment.
Our ASE Certified technicians service light-duty diesels including Ford 6.7 and 6.4 Power Stroke, GM/Chevrolet 6.6 Duramax (all generations), and RAM 6.7 Cummins. Diesel trucks require different scan tools, higher-capacity lifts, and high-volume oil-handling equipment than a gas engine, and we have all of it in-house.
Common diesel jobs we handle: oil and filter service (14+ quarts of the correct spec on most trucks), fuel filter service, injector diagnosis and replacement, turbo service, EGR cooler and EGR valve work, DPF regeneration and cleaning, glow plug replacement, and coolant system repair.
We stay current on emissions system diagnostics for late-model diesels, which is one of the areas where a general shop without diesel-specific tooling can get in over its head. If your diesel throws a code, we can properly diagnose it before parts get thrown at the problem.
