We were in a really tough spot when we ignored a small problem for too long and ruined the engine on a Ford Fiesta. Then weeks later, my father-in-law passed away and we were given a Jeep Cherokee which turned out to also have a toast engine. All of this to say, Evan listened to all the details and helped me figure out the best thing to do.

Labor only has worked with us, treated us with high levels of empathy, and delivered exceptional customer service. At this point, I feel more part of the family than a customer and for that I am grateful as well as confident when I say they have earned my business for life.

They were able to fix our truck in a timely manner and took the time to explain everything. I had read the many great reviews on them and I’m so glad we made the switch to them. The staff was so professional and friendly.

My 2007 Ford F-150 needed quite a few of the original suspension parts replaced due to age and normal wear and tear. I went to my longtime mechanic, who does outstanding work, and they quoted me over $1,500 to replace 3 components, including ball joints, control arms and stabilizer bars.

When I reviewed their quote I became quite unhappy that they were marking up the parts over 300%. I decided to look for alternatives and fortunately found Labor Only Auto Repairs. I took my truck for up there for an estimate and the person that helped me (Darren I think was his name) was really helpful, patient and answered all my questions regarding the quote.

I asked if I could purchase the parts and bring them in for installation and he said it wouldn't be a problem, however, he warned me that if there were any part failures they would not be responsible. I was okay with taking that risk and he assured me that they would stand behind their labor if anything was not properly installed. After all my parts came in I took my truck back and their crew did an outstanding job!!!

In the end I was able to replace lower ball joints, upper control arms, stabilizer end links, inner / outer tie rods, boot bellows and strut / springs for the same cost as my original mechanic. I've driven my truck for about a month since the repairs and it drives like new again. The steering is very tight and no longer squeaks, pops and is very quiet.

I would highly recommend this shop and will be taking my truck back in the future! Thank you Darren and your team for taking such great care of my truck.

Evan, the owner, is a super nice guy & very helpful. I had ordered some running boards that came with no instructions at all. After a few attempts went up there had Robbie install them professionally for me.

So glad I came here! After getting a quote for almost $400 to replace something I was told was broken I decided to get a second opinion and brought my car to Labor Only. They found that I was only missing a bolt! So in no time the bolt was replaced, I was only out $62. and out the door in no time!!

The best auto shop anywhere around. Though I have given them plenty of opportunities to run up the charges, they have consistently given me low and fair estimates, and I don't have to bring a man along to get the fairness and honesty I deserve! Quick and thorough and the only mechanic I will use now. They are keeping the 'country mechanic' tradition alive and well and doing great, honest work.

My experience with Labor Only Auto Repair was a very positive one!
I know nothing about cars, so I'm always very wary when it comes to auto repairs.
The best thing about the gentlemen at Labor Only is that they took the time to listen to me, from my initial phone call all the way to the completion of my repairs.

My front A/C had been making a lot of noise and was now turning off at high fan speed.
Labor Only did a free estimate to determine the problem and gave me a very detailed estimate of the cost. Their prices for parts and labor are very reasonable and affordable.

Another local business wanted to charge me $150 before even beginning to diagnose the problems with my a/c. I called Labor Only Auto Repair back as soon as I left the other place.

The part was local, so I was able to get it all taken care of in the same day. My a/c works again, and I am now ready for the summer heat. Labor Only Auto Repair is family owned and operated. Everyone I spoke with was very polite and hospitable. If something comes up again with my vehicle, Labor Only Auto Repair is who I will be using.

The name is a misnomer they appear to be a full service shop. I had a great experience. Very professional and friendly place.

This place is great.  The staff is extremely respectful, knowledgeable, and provide great customer service. I brought my BMW to this place for a starter replacement, it was completed the same day. They did a great job and the price was extremely competitive. This is probably one of the few places that I can send my wife and not worry about her getting ripped off.

The folks at Labor Only are amazing not only their work but their hospitality is remarkable! I would ENTIRELY RECOMMEND their work. I came in with a screw in my Toyota Corolla's tire, they got me in and out in minutes. They were a godsend for me! I would recommend them 10 times out of 5 guaranteed!

The staff are very courteous, attentive and knowledgeable. They greet everyone, male or female, with a smile and respect. Truly great customer service... which has become a lost art these days. My girlfriend's 2014 Ford Escape had a bad coolant return hose. We were referred to Labor Only from a friend who spoke highly of the work, and we're in the camp of people that will speak highly of the work now too.
They had to order the part and since it is a more common part, they were able to get it same day within an hour and change, and then fixed the issue in a timely manner.
Staff was extremely friendly and professional, and genuinely cared about the people coming into the shop - offering rides to the locals that were within Hutto whose work windows would take longer than a few hours.
The price was right, and eavesdropping on some other prices, I heard nothing else but honest prices.
I'm definitely going to recommend this place to friends

I was having trouble with a starter on my wife's 2013 Honda. I had not had good luck with the local Honda dealer and wanted to give a small shop the opportunity to fix us up.
I pass this location almost every day and the sign is getting a little worn. I checked the reviews and made a call. They gave me a price that I was expecting and we scheduled the repair. I got 2 reminders which I appreciated.

I dropped the car at 9:30 and had it back same day by 4:30.
I will be back. I hope not too soon though.
