We use this information solely to facilitate the “Pay Now” option on our website and use the CardConnect® transaction payment processing system. In addition, we may also ask you for your city of residence and/or your organization’s name, so we can comply with applicable laws and regulations. These kinds of personal information are used for billing purposes, to fulfill your requests, to communicate with you about your payment, and the website, and for internal marketing purposes. If we encounter a problem when processing your registration or sign-up request, your personal information may be used to contact you.

We are not responsible for any personally identifiable information that you choose to submit as part of your review. We may ingest and publish on our website reviews you may have written and posted on any 3rd party websites. (iii) In the event you have elected to choose the “Pay Now” option on our website and use CardConnect® payment method, to help you buy products and provide customer service to you, we must provide your payment card number, expiration date, security code, first name, last name, address and email address to the financial-services corporations processing your transaction. When you submit this information to us for approval and authorization, we SSL encryption to protect your information.

(iv) We may disclose such information in response to requests from law enforcement officials conducting investigations; subpoenas; a court order; or if we are otherwise required to disclose such information by law. We also will release personal information where disclosure is necessary to protect our legal rights, enforce our Terms of Use or other agreements, or to protect ourselves or others. For example, we may share information to reduce the risk of fraud or if someone uses or attempts to use the website for illegal reasons or to commit fraud.
